1. Scope of License

This EULA covers all streamed and downloadable content from SATDAK.com including, but not limited to, songs, instrumental tracks, animations, podcasts, dramatizations, and all multimedia owned or licensed by SATDAK.

2. Permitted Use

Users may stream or download digital content in accordance with their subscription tier or purchased credits. Such access is limited to personal, non-commercial enjoyment and private spiritual edification.

3. Restricted Uses

• No use of any content in commercial videos, films, podcasts, advertising, or professional social media without a separate, written license agreement.
• Use in church presentations, youth events, or small group gatherings is permitted, provided no admission fees or monetization occurs.

4. Social Media Use – Short Clips Only

We allow non-commercial use of our officially released 15, 30, or 60-second audio clips for use on social media platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. Attribution must be given to “SATDAK Presents.” Use of full tracks, altering, remixing, or commercial publication is strictly prohibited without explicit permission.

5. Ownership and Copyright

All content remains the property of SATDAK Ministries. Your access grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use media as defined. You may not claim ownership or authorship of any SATDAK content.

6. Enforcement and Remedies

Unauthorized use will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action. SATDAK reserves the right to issue DMCA takedowns, seek damages, and report violations to applicable platforms and legal authorities.
